This company are thieves This company are thieves, I bought one document and they straight away automaticly put you on trial period and suscribe you to their service u never made an account did not even login and they charge me 29.99 they are thieves. Worst customer service ever never use their service don't give them your credit card they refund you disgusting people getting rich by tricking people is disgusting 🤢🤮🤮🤮... Bad karma for them a plague above their house as they say. They haven't refund me and on top of that they wanted me to unsusceibe myself I could not getting in a account cos I never made one

scam and fraudulent service… Be aware of scam and fraudulent service - the website clearly offers one-off £1 fee without any mention of ongoing subscription, then tries charging your card again for ongoing £30 fee. No email sent after initial billing to inform you about ongoing payments either. Complete scam and thankfully bank has blocked these suspicious transactions.

Why a 1 star Why a 1 star? - You need to convert a Word doc to pdf, and discover PDFsmart online - It says they will only charge a one-off $1.99 for seven days of use of their service, which seems reasonable - Two weeks later you discover they've taken 29.99 from your bank account - The charge comes up as fraudulent by your bank because so many other people have complained about this company and its practices - But the bank can't stop it because buried in Pdfsmart's terms is that they will charge 29.99 after 7 days, even though it's advertised as a one-off fee. - So Pdfsmart may or may not be technically fraudulent, but are engaging in what seems to be highly deceptive practices - So steer well clear, and ignore whatever 'reply' they may post below
