BRCometchat doesn´t respect customers Cometchat doesn´t respect customers, changed commercial plans, increased a lot the price for the same features. Updates only for the new clients, don't inform about in any channel how to go to cloud service. All customers have a license with free updates included, but Cometchat doesn´t care. Think before buying...Happen to me, will happen to you.

INWorst Service The service is not good at all, making follow up related to an issue from last 1 month and they do not have a solution for it, the only answer we get all issues will be resolved in next version. God knows when they will have new version.

CAThe service is terrible multiple days… The service is terrible multiple days in between responses. Still no working solutions. Were not supposed to charge me until working solutions but instead 6 months later paying 99 USD still nothing.

CAIs cometchat going out of business??? This company is now unresponsive except when they want your money. I recently purchased the Platinum self hosted edition for close to $500 as well as the mobile edition for another $500. I asked their team to install it and before I could even launch, there were bugs. I'm supposed to have premium phone support and priority email/chat support with my package but can't reach anybody. It's a never ending revolving door. The phone number is US only (I'm in Canada) and I haven't received a response to multiple support requests for days so I can launch my site. They had no problem taking my thousand bucks and nobody told me they would be changing their platform and that mine would be obsolete before I could even use it. Cometchat...what is going on? Or are you going out of business?
