DEUseless I was very satisfied with scribd. With Everand there is suddenly a restriction. Why is that? I'm not going to pay for a subscription and have to wait weeks for a book to become available. Completely uninteresting. I still decide what I want to read and don't let myself be spoon-fed some garbage. I canceled my subscription immediately. That's another way to drive customers away.

GBNo value if the selection is limited I made the mistake of subscribing to a full year of Everand. During the first month, I was only able to listen to 2.5 audiobooks (one was a DNF) I was locked out of ALL newish or popular titles until the next billing cycle despite paying for the full year. Their canned response is that one "can enjoy many other titles while waiting out the month for the next billing cycle". I have Libby and Hoopla for that, and they are free. I've also noticed that the selection of new titles has significantly declined in quality. Just today, some very obscure titles were featured as "new releases". I will not be renewing next year and will not recommend this app to others.

PHOn the lookout for a better app Everand is the worst step down from it's amazing predecessor, Scribd. It's policies on limits are vague and arbitrary. What's the point of this app if you can't access books on demand? It's frustrating when you suddenly get locked out of your chosen books because you've reached their vaguely-prescribed limits. You'd need to wait until your next payment to access other books. Don't make the mistake of saving books you're not deadset on reading, otherwise your limits will be reached. I waited a month to access a particular book then got restricted immediately after scrolling through some other books I was considering! I'm thinking of canceling my subscription if this doesn't get resolved any time soon. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.

GBThey lie and say they are no limits but… They lie and say they are no limits but you’re lucky if you can read more than one book that you actually want to read in a month. I searched for an author that I like and they had multiple books available so I subscribed from the description page of one of his books and amazing coincidence suddenly none of the rest are now available until two days after my subscription renews. I’ve had a subscription before but this is the last straw. Just shady, scammy nonsense.

AUWas a loyal Scrbd subscriber Was a loyal Scrbd subscriber, so have annual membership. WHAT a WASTE of MONEY. I have attempted to listen to 2 books, but when I start book it has multiple audios going. I thought, ok I can handle the intro details....but now it is in the middle of the book. So half way through book, even restarting, reopening, pausing ( multiple voices still there) and now I am writing this review. Save your money and do not pay for this. I have 10 months left on my annual subscription......There goes $120 +
