Reduces time updating listings (The more lisitings you have, the more time saved) 2. Insightful analytics 3. User friendly 4. Friendly team 5. Best in class Cons: 1. Most expensive in class 2. Although they work with the big publishers like Google, they have only so much control over the platform 3. Long process to clean up a messy account Karen Buckley is a great Client Success Manager and will add value to any partnership.

I have been a customer of YEXT for over five years. I have been a customer of YEXT for several years now. Their platform is good, when everything is in order. Support, however, has never been great. This year I am in particular need of help due to a drastic change in my operations. They do not pick up phone calls. They do not reply to messages. They do not answer email requests. Frankly, they do nothing but provide an automated service and collect money. If anyone knows of a solid competitor, please post it.

This service is a $H!T$HOW. This service is a $H!T$HOW. Do not sign up for YEXT or any of the companies out there that are white labeling their service - the fine print will try to lock you in for a full extra year if you don't cancel 6-months prior to end of contract. Then it is immediate threats from their legal department and a blemish on your credit rating. Undoubtedly they may more money from their collections department than they do from actual business. Because the actual business DOES NOT DELIVER.

non-existent support system Hello Yext, I still have not hear anything back after your Dec 21, 2023 reply, and going to the support URL as suggested. Your system stinks, plain and simple. Support a couple years back work flawlessly, but is non-existent now. Even writing a letter to the CEO in New York resulted in zero response. My company just renewed for another year of no service support, and expect someone to immediately call or write back. No more support system tickets should be needed, as no one obviously sees these, or the system is not working.
