CHWe printed a brochure with bitly QR… We printed a brochure with bitly QR codes. Initially they worked fine, but since a few weeks they are blocked by bitly. I reached out to them several times, the issue remains unsolved. They simply closed the first ticket stating the links work, and they are not responding to any new appeals. DO NOT USE bitly for printed documents.

GBThis used to be a good service This used to be a good service, but like so many other firms, they have been taken over by greed and are now charging large fees for services that are free elsewhere (and which they have monetised already via tracking data). Their customer service approach also seems to involve telling customers they are wrong over and over again until they go away. Shame.

GBUnethical company and awful customer… Unethical company and awful customer support. They took money from my account a couple of days after I cancelled my subscription (and deleted my account). Impossible to contact support since I need to be on a paid plan. Plus, they have tons of automated emails/bots that look like « real » emails. Please, avoid their services, they’re rubbish.

GBIf I could give a minus 1 I would If I could give a minus 1 I would. Not fit for purpose and no cooling off period after paying for the full year. Couldn't generate QR codes and lost my monthly allowance. Tried to talk to helpdesk and asked me the same thing over and over again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
