CHBig SCAM Big SCAM. The Business model is that people generate QR codes and print them on their stuff (Flyers, Magazines etc) and after two weeks they get inactive. Then you will have to pay for a whole year in order to use them. (but you will, because reprinting everything costs more)

GBDO NOT USE DO NOT USE. As other reviews stated, the QR codes expire and the only option to continue using them is to pay $115 for a year-long subscription. In addition the subscriptions are listed with monthly cost, but they default you to paying for a full year with no refund for unused months. Deceptive practices.

GBAVOID Bitly AT ALL COSTS Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly. DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

GBGreat if using basic services. TERRIBLE support and bulk upload features Product is decent. Massively let down by the EXTREMELY slow and incompetent first line customer care (despite being a paid member) each time you contact them expect a min 2 day reply. Bulk uploading of links doesn’t work if you are redirecting to the same link. Instead you have to add “UTMs” which is time consuming for each one. I have now moved to another provider where bulk uploading works and emails are responded to in a couple of hours max. Bitlys 2nd line support is far more responsive in the 2 times I had to reach out. Just to respond to each email takes 2-3 days minimum and up to 5 days!! Only good if you are doing ad hoc links here and there and using the free account- Only getting two stars for this reason otherwise 1. Avoid if paying and expecting support.

CHWe printed a brochure with bitly QR… We printed a brochure with bitly QR codes. Initially they worked fine, but since a few weeks they are blocked by bitly. I reached out to them several times, the issue remains unsolved. They simply closed the first ticket stating the links work, and they are not responding to any new appeals. DO NOT USE bitly for printed documents.
