DO NOT USE Bitly QR code generator Only needed 1 QR code generated for a poster at work. Went with Bitly as the add was very much highlighting the fact I could create codes for free (at least during the trial period) and because it seemed to be a reputable company. After 2 weeks however and before the poster event at work, Bitly has disabled my QR code and it basically holding me to ransom for a minimum yearly fee of approx. €100 if I want to re-activate my one QR code. Ridiculous! Wish I had gone with the Adobe QR code generator as that one apparently is free.

AVOID Bitly AT ALL COSTS Would give 0 Stars if possible. Absolute rubbish that has invaded my phone and prevents legitimate APPs from connecting to the appropriate sites. Have tried to get Bitly support to remove block but no help. Just need to get rid of Bitly. DO NOT INSTALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

If I could give a minus 1 I would If I could give a minus 1 I would. Not fit for purpose and no cooling off period after paying for the full year. Couldn't generate QR codes and lost my monthly allowance. Tried to talk to helpdesk and asked me the same thing over and over again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Deceptive and Misleading. I had a 14-day trial and created some posts for a campaign and saved the QR codes which it allows you to do. What it doesn't tell you is that after 14 days all these codes you created will STOP functioning unless you sign up. What A Total Rip Off! I now have to redo all the posts that I created and I have lost any benefit from the ones used. I am furious! I think this is deceptive and misleading business practice. The only good thing about the experience was I discovered you could make your OWN QR codes very easily on Inkscape which is genuinely free. Hth.
