On May 5th I requested and paid for an unlock code, got a confirmation email for my purchase but that is the only thing I have received from the company. Their "Live Support" chat service they offer on the site has been "Offline" 24/7 since I placed my order and they wont reply to my emails. Lucky for me, I work for the bank holder of my debit card and wont have a problem getting my money back. I tried to be patient with this website but I warn others to not use their site, as their database will be taken down one way or another at the hands of those who know how to hack into servers like they use.
