GBOVVI may be good for large corporations… OVVI may be good for large corporations but if you are a small company I suggest you stay away from them. I've been using there equipment for 35 days and have to call tech support for 35 days, 3 times a day. Not with new issues but the same ones. Mow and Paw companies run like hell away from them.

GBThe worst pos in the world. I don’t know how to start but they are the worst pos in the whole world. I’ve stuck with them for the past two years and it cost me money, my health and loss my customers. They don’t know anything when I said anything I mean nothing at all. I been having the same issue for the last two years even if I did everything they asked me to do. Changing credit card processor twice, changing pin pad twice and changing internet provider but I still have the same issue with my credit card machine. I have to call them maybe ten times a day to fix and run credit card transactions. There is a communication error every time when I try to do cc transactions and they couldn’t give me any solution. The only thing I was told is the problem is my internet provider. And I changed my internet provider but still the same issue. Even we had a conference call between me, internet provider and ovvi but no solution. Then I was told the problem is the credit card processor and I changed that too and cost me $500 termination fee but still have the same issue. And again we had a conference call between ovvi and credit card processor and they were told there was no problem. Even the internet provider company suggested to do something at their end but they didn’t do anything to solve this issue. Because of this I’m losing customers and income but still they charge me every month for the crappy service. The one thing it makes me confused is they blame the internet provider and credit card processor for the issue that I have but they are the only person to fix it temporarily. If I have internet problem there is no way I can call ovvi to fix that even if I do, there is no way they can be able to fix the internet problem because they are completely two different companies and ovvi can’t fix internet problem and as well internet provider can’t fix ovvis problem. So please please stay away from those people. It’s like living in hell for the last two years. The only thing they can do is blaming others instead of fixing their issues. I had a chance to talk to the ex employee from ovvi and I was told the reason they left ovvi was with the same issue. They were told to say the problem is not with ovvi but with internet provider or credit card processor. They even blame their own partner credit card processor. You can imagine how it looks like working with Ovvi for the last two years. So people open your eyes and do your own research. Please don’t switch or start with ovvi. It’s better to do business with out accepting credit card instade of working with ovvi. Not even they give you to use it free. It’s not worth it. Think about your health. Trust me I start taking blood pressure medicine after I got Ovvi. I will update you guys what they will do with the problem I’ve been having for the last two hell years.

GBBest POS I Have Used! Possible POS is easy to work with. The back office and menu screen are very easy to setup and understand. Creating new menu items and adding modifiers works well and its very streamlined. This software has lots of features and the best part is customer loyalty and gift cards are all built in.
