GBPOSSIBLEPOS features a Customer Display… POSSIBLEPOS features a Customer Display System, which can be utilized for promotions or showcase menu items in multiple places within your premises. Similarly, the system offers delivery monitoring to manage numerous deliveries at once This is a good all-around option, and a great one for managers Has a ton of restaurant-specific features servers can split menu items and bills among customers

GBAmazing POS Amazing POS. After trying many other POS solutions we settled on Possible which we couldn't be happier!

GBTurn and run as fast as you can System has systemic rounding issues. Reports are repetitive, information is poorly presented and inaccurate. Data and changes to data must be keyed into each separate terminal. Discounts are confusing and change with the sequence in which item are added to the customer's invoice. Accounting for coupon discount totals appear as an item category and are netted into the total sales. Errors occur while deleting unused items causing the system to retain sort keys for items that no longer exist. On the bright side, support will answer their phone, just don't expect to have anything corrected. The list of problem with this system goes on an on and on and ........

GBGreat POS system Great POS system. We had different systems and consolidated by switching every location to Possible POS. Very user friendly and reporting is a breeze now. They're also willing to customize reports for you. Two thumbs up

GBPersonal Processors and Ovvi- robbing me blind! I really got suckered by Personal Processors selling OVVI POS's. Promised my business the "best" POS software for my restaurant, with amazingly low credit card processing rates. "NO CONTRACT" They said! "We'll give you $1,000 US to sign up, ($500 to cancel existing processor contract, and $500 to cancel us if dissatisfied" They never deposited the $1,000. I spent weeks trying to work with the Ovvi system, butit was painfully slow, and there wasn't any instructions. So complex, that I needed to call technical support to run a simple payroll report, and damn near everything else. I wasted 20 hours hooking up the system three times, and disconnecting my existing system three times, and trying to get a simple burger order placed in under two minutes. Never even got close. When I told them I didn't want the Ovvi system anymore, I was told I had signed a five year contract at $375/month, and I had to pay it all off. They even sent me a copy of my electronic signature on some document that didn't have a contract number on it, and had never been sent to me. I NEVER signed it, electronically or otherwise. I've had my bank account debited for over $1,500, and now I'm paying a lawyer's retainer fee of $3,000 to get these guys out of my bank account. Meanwhile, I'm also having to store three terminals with 6 printers and various other boxes of their stuff. They don't seem to want their equipment back, since I've had it for 5 months. Additionally, I keep getting emails from BOOM, and Ascentium asking for more money. Mike, and Stephanie at Personal Processors never told me about Boom, Ascentium, or the Merchant Solution Center. Very devious to Bait and Switch me over to third (fourth?) parties to gain access to my bank accounts. In the two months I tried to get their system to work, I never ran one credit card through their portal.
