GBBest wireless store in NY area People at thr store are veryfriendly and explain everything with patience. I was not sure which company to choose from when I walked into the store. The sale rep listen to my needs and wants. She recommended Ultra to me. I took her suggestion and haven't change carrier ever since I join Ultramobile! Sale rep was very confident selling me this plan and company! Very friendly and doesn't rush client to choose a company like other stores.

SEA Criminal Enterprise. Stay Away Criminals. I needed a cheap phone, so I bought their NUU F4L flip phone. Made two calls on it in the US, travelled to Europe and it stopped working. After TWO CALLS. I spent five hours on the phone with them, first trying to fix and then trying to get a refund. At one point, they mentioned phone has Fuji connectivity and deosn't work, but they're still selling them this morning.

GBI lost my phone with the SIM card I lost my phone with the SIM card , I went to there representative in person he was not able to reactivate this lost SIM card so he gave me a blank one and asked me to call customer service which I did and they verify me with five phone number outgoing but that didn't I meet a service I haven't seen account with this company for the last 10 years I've asked him to verify mother that I count without the refused I lost 2 months of service because of their uncompetent and put customer service highly recommend you not to purchase from this company go somewhere else

GBThis is by far the worst MVNO in… This is by far the worst MVNO in existence. I am attempting to pay my bill. The payment fails. It then tells me it will connect me to an agent. It then says "we received no response, goodbye". I can only call the 611 number since I don't have service and have reached this number in the past. Yet now apparently they are not answering the phone anymore. And despite frequent references to a "chatbot that can connect you to a live agent" this feature does not actually exist. Aside from that I regularly see speeds under 0.5mbps. It is often unable to load websites, let alone stream a video in 480p. Their app is also awful and claims it "cannot verify my identity" despite using it on the same phone I always have. The last time I had this issue I simply opened the app and hit "pay bill" and was done. Now my phone number can't even be ported out until I can access another phone to call their real support number. Utterly ridiculous how bad this company is.
