GBGARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE! DONT GET T-Mobile Home Internet!!!! The app is REQUIRED for managing the gateway, it's a piece of GARBAGE!!!!!!. CANNOT access devices tab (app crashes). T-Mobile REFUSES to update to fix problem. Been crashing since last update (9-21-23). Calling cust support is useless as they can't fix it, says it's the developer's responsibility..... ATTENTION T-Mobile:....... according to the app details in both Google and Apple app stores, YOU ARE THE DEVELOPER.....FIX YOU SCREWUP!! Verizon Home Internet is looking real good!!!!!

DEExtremely bad customer service! Extremely bad customer service! Ordered internet through T-Mobile, but they did not coordinate anything. I had to make sure to be connected myself (it has been more than 5 months and still not connected). T-Mobile customer service has been very unhelpful, not taking any responsibility. I wish we had the option to get Ziggo, as soon as that will be available, we will switch.

NLDon't bother. They delete your recorded shows. I received an email earlier today. I'm getting an update to my TV service, but the so-called "update" doesn't offer me any improvements and it will delete all the TV show recordings I made locally over the past 5 years. Apparently, T-Mobile doesn't appreciate me as a customer. There is no point in recording a show if it's not stored on the device permanently. All they had to do was backup your data and not let you know they're going to delete it in 1 week time without any recourse. (aka give people time to take action.) Instead they took the easy and cheap way out. I will go elsewhere as soon as I've found a suitable replacement, which is apparently more complex than it needs to be because no one offers the features of a VHS, DVD or DVR recorder anymore: just record a show and retain the data until the drive breaks.

NLGreat customer service experience Got very friendly and speedy replies from customer service via Facebook. They looked into the issue I was having and solved it for me within a day. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend T-mobile!

NLVERY shady phone call of Sales Rep Sales Rep not following proper telecom guidelines when it comes to selling us a contract. He confirmed that we could end the contract on a monthly basis after 12 months but he just then send us the 36 months contract and when asking him about this, his answer was: yeah don't worry that is just a price garantuee so your price won't go up after 12 months. Found it a very shady conversation and overpromising of a lot. Saying glasvezel will be available in a month. Now after talking to a different colleague, it appears this won't be available anytime soon as they are still waiting on contract being signed off. What a terrible company. Will never subscribe with T-Mobile every again. Cancelled the membership now of course in the first 14 days.
