GBWe are suffering through Frontier… We are suffering through Frontier installing cable service I. Our neighborhood. They have been terrible. Our lawns have been mangled. When I try to call customer service there is no answer or dead end. These guys are spending millions to install and I know not one neighbor who will use their service due to such poor installation

GBHorrible service Horrible service. My experience with them was half the time connection was down due to bad installation. They sent technicians to fix it and never resolved the issues. Paying for services not received, and the kicker is that they charge you a restocking fee for their equipment when you cancel. All they want is your money and do not care if you get service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

GBA 20 year customer A 20 year customer, the rates continually went up, lost service, waited 2 weeks for a service tech, then they cancelled !!! We paid for that month and still havent received a refund, instead they added more charges, do not use Frontier.

GBHorrible service and product Internet connection is always spotty, every single month. Single family home, 100MB connection Almost to the day they bought out Verizon is when the issue happened They don’t invest in their network and don’t provide techs

GBfraudulent fees Frontier Communications fraudulently charges a $50.00 re-stocking fee... If you are a customer prepare to be ripped off! After service charges skyrocketed, I switched providers... When I called to close my Frontier account they not only wouldn't pro rate my final bill, they tried to charge me a $50.00 hidden, hardware re-stocking fee (because they only tell you about it when you cancel your subscription). I have refused to pay and complained to BBB! They are threatening me with collections, I said bring it! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
