GBWorst company EVER Worst company EVER. Left wonderful WOW for terrible and expensive service and horrible customer service. Almost impossible to speak to a human and get your situation resolved. They can care less. Will never use this company again. Also, be forewarned, they had to install something with a plug. Wanted to put a hole in my kitchen wall and unsightly piece of equipment sticking out. Had to put an electrical outlet on my garage. Nightmare dealing with this company from beginning to end. Awful experience. Would give zero stars if possible

GBI paid my frontier internet bill I paid my frontier internet bill. I sent proof of payment in and my services has been disconnected for over a week while under investigation review ! I was told it would be 24 hours to 48 hours that my service would be down until issue would be resolved . I am so furious at this point . I cannot get an answer and supervisors are unavailable .

GBI live in the down town long beach area… I live in the down town long beach area and the internet was never good, i constantly had trouble browsing the internet, watching tv, and even placing calls. Multiple times when I called to fix the problem the customer service person would tell me I needed to buy extenders or that I needed to download a different app to test the efficiency. My apartment is small and my needs are simple. The internet I have now is absolutely fine. The worst part however is that when i canceled my account over the phone I was not told about a cancelation fee. If I had been told i would have paid over the phone. I never received a single bill after closing my account and then 2 months later received a notice from collections. I dont recommend using this internet service as there are much better options and much better customer service in our area.

GBInternet always down I’ve had Frontier for three years. It’s constantly going out. It would happen every so often but the past five or six months, it goes out several times a month. Once, it was out almost a week. It’s been down twice in the past week. You don’t get anywhere with customer service or any tech handling your call. I’ve been told there’s no outages in the area, it’s with my equipment, it’s on the outside, and then it would switch to there had been outages in your area. No one knows what’s going on, and nothing ever gets fixed. I live in a small town and have talked to several people in my area who has Frontier, and they are experiencing the same thing and are getting fed up with the service. I have to agree. I’m searching other companies.

GBApril 27 Saturday phone out again… April 27 Saturday phone out again tech guy was here friendly and issue solved he was a guy who knows his stuff I appreciate him and frontier prompt fix thank you
