F@&$ Frontier Frontier just came to our home last week offered us a promotion as a new customer and within one week of a storm we have no service and going to be without service for an entire week without compensation. Do not get them ! Stick with what you already ! Have the communication companies are the same! Full of sh&! and lie just to get a sale, it’s disgusting when are these business going to stop stealing from us hard working civilians.

They have the worst customer service They have the worst customer service. They are not informed, lie to you. I was told on more than one occasion that my phone was fixed not the case. Hard understand the customer service people and they do not have privileges to do much. They are hard to get intouch with. I called their sales department in Morgantown WV and told not tocall that number, they can help but will not. If I could change service providers I would,but cells do not work well were I live. The land line is all we have. They are horrible.

I paid my frontier internet bill I paid my frontier internet bill. I sent proof of payment in and my services has been disconnected for over a week while under investigation review ! I was told it would be 24 hours to 48 hours that my service would be down until issue would be resolved . I am so furious at this point . I cannot get an answer and supervisors are unavailable .

I live in the down town long beach area… I live in the down town long beach area and the internet was never good, i constantly had trouble browsing the internet, watching tv, and even placing calls. Multiple times when I called to fix the problem the customer service person would tell me I needed to buy extenders or that I needed to download a different app to test the efficiency. My apartment is small and my needs are simple. The internet I have now is absolutely fine. The worst part however is that when i canceled my account over the phone I was not told about a cancelation fee. If I had been told i would have paid over the phone. I never received a single bill after closing my account and then 2 months later received a notice from collections. I dont recommend using this internet service as there are much better options and much better customer service in our area.

Had Frontier for two years or so Had Frontier for two years or so. Many outages and disconnects from the crappy DSL. Optimum gives you 300mbps for about the same price. Plus Frontier charges you $50 to return their equipment...I read the terms of and conditions and the clause which mentions the return of equipment never say that your obligated to pay out of pocket to return it. Its a scam.
