GBF@&$ Frontier Frontier just came to our home last week offered us a promotion as a new customer and within one week of a storm we have no service and going to be without service for an entire week without compensation. Do not get them ! Stick with what you already ! Have the communication companies are the same! Full of sh&! and lie just to get a sale, it’s disgusting when are these business going to stop stealing from us hard working civilians.

GBfraudulent fees Frontier Communications fraudulently charges a $50.00 re-stocking fee... If you are a customer prepare to be ripped off! After service charges skyrocketed, I switched providers... When I called to close my Frontier account they not only wouldn't pro rate my final bill, they tried to charge me a $50.00 hidden, hardware re-stocking fee (because they only tell you about it when you cancel your subscription). I have refused to pay and complained to BBB! They are threatening me with collections, I said bring it! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

GBWorst of the worst 1. Customer support is sub-optimal. 2. Numerous issues where the internet was down/slow and the technical support was poorly equipped to assist 3. They DO NOT prorate the service even if you cancel at the beginning of the month - I was told, "Just to set proper. expectations, your internet service is a non-regulated service where you were billed from 12/1-12/30 and because your services are billed on a monthly subscription basis, there wouldn't be any partial month credits or refunds for previously billed services." 4. You get charged a fee for returning the modem, which is ridiculous. If I had the choice between no internet or Frontier, I'd choose to live in the stone age.

GBWe have been without phone and internet for 11 days and still no service! I would give zero stars if I could. We have been without phone and internet service since a storm hit our area on July 11. Although we have called Frontier everyday since, and have been promised that someone will be here “in a day or two”, we are still without service. We are in our 80s, living in rural West Virginia with spotty cell service, so we rely heavily on our landline. We are extremely disappointed in Frontier and hope that some day we will have an alternate provider. If you have options, do not go with Frontier; you will be sorely disappointed.
