Mostly harmless Too much down time for our liking Support was very patchy. on a good day you would get great tchnical support however there were many days where we were treated poorly, tickets misread and multiple tickets or calls needed to get things sorted The Railgun cloudflare integration is helpfull and the control penal well thought out but high prices the relentless selling of add on services at $70 a time (no refunds if it doesn't work either!) and patchy service drove us away.

Media Temple is an awful company Media Temple is an awful company. They insist on billing my credit card without notice, and when the card expires, yhey shut down my website. Customer service is a joke. The recording says that the wait times are about 2 minutes, I waited more than 40 minutes (out of morbid curiosity) and still never received a response. Since being bought by Go Daddy, Media Pimple has crashed and burned. I reccomend that you find another company to host your website!!

Disgusting level of customer support changing to GoDaddy Been a customer for 10 years and have had the most absolutely despicable service from GoDaddy since the changeover. Websites down, emails down, support staff have no idea or simply lie. GoDaddy then deleted all of my legacy email services from the transitional MT/GoDaddy servers. I've spent about 6 hours on the phone or chat support to these people and the service and reliability of the hosting gets worse every time.

If I could give negative reviews these… If I could give negative reviews these guys would get -10 stars. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED TECH SUPPORT THIS BAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! DON'T KNOW HOW THESE GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS AND I WILL BE MOVING MY CLIENTS OFF OF THESE JOKERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT'S IF I CAN EVER GET BACK INTO MY SITES AT ALL! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS POSSIBLE!

Worst service of all time Yes same as below - just had the worst customer service experience of all time. Horrible. I will not go to GoDaddy either and they now own them and are not taking responsibility. Truly horrible.
