Dissatisfied Ordered a McDonald’s for it to come completely saturated in coke as it had spilled all over the food. Half the coke was missing. Just eat told me that they wouldn’t refund me! They eventually agreed to refund £2.53 which my order was £10+. Then checked my account to find the partial refund was not even there! Very disappointed.

Terrible company Terrible company, they obviously work as a middle man for the take away but are impossible to contact when things go wrong. They take the money but take no responsibility and just palm you off to either the take away (who may not answer the phone) or the food standards agency!

Their app would only offer £6.34 credit, so not acceptable. Went to the restaurant, told to take it up with Just Eat, and was given a phone number which turned out to be automated and wouldn’t recognise the order number. Tried googling for another phone number, but that refers all user queries back to their useless app. Only remaining option is to try a chargeback through the banking system. Also, WRITE TO THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY, Clare Pointon, Fleet Place House, 2 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RF, as listed on Companies House - hopefully if the big bosses get enough complaints directly they’ll do something to fix the app.

No refund DO NOT USE! Refuse to refund when only a quarter of the order was delivered. In what universe is this even remotely acceptable?!! The fact that, if they do refund, they credit your Just Eat account and not your debit card, is bad enough but this is the first time they've refused to refund what is in effect my stolen money/goods. Absolutely appalling.
