AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely awful, the restaurant I ordered from completely changed my order (both food and drink) when I contacted JUSTEAT customer services I was refunded £2 but in credits not onto the card I paid with. Complete waste of time & money! Worst third party food service I’ve ever used!

Terrible Refund Policy I ordered from a restaurant which delivered my food over 45 minutes late and it was freezing cold. I spent £20 on the order and they offered me less than £7.00 credit for food which was binned. To make matters worse, they would not refund me the money to my card but applied it as an account credit. When I said I wanted to close the account as I had lost faith in the brand, they told me to spend my credit first and then close the account. Can't get much with £7.00 so will need to spend more money elsewhere on replacement food. Terrible Service. I cannot discourage anyone enough to use an alternative service. I appreciate they cannot control the restaurant, but for customers who are not compulsive complainers, they should do better with their resolutions and refund policy.

Never using again Never using again. Food was inedible, restaurant said they would refund but I’d have to request the refund through just eat as I ordered through them, just eat say they don’t refund despite app having a request a refund facility and saying crap like “we’ll sort it” well they won’t!

Beware I ordered food but unfortunately I get wrong order. I tried contact with customer service but I couldn't get any help. Just Eat refuse pay refund for food which nobody like and never ordered. No customer service to contact with They absolutely don't care the most important is that they took some money from fulish customer. That's sad. NOT RECOMMEND BE AWARE

Never received my order and Just Eat refused me a refund... Never received my order and Just Eat are refusing to refund me saying it is my fault. I would love to know how they work that one out. I stated to them how by law if you do not receive the goods you have purchased or the service you have purchased then you are entitled to a refund. The chat advisor's response was our decision is final and I am closing the chat now. Before I could even respond to say what rude customer service this was and how they were in breach of consumer rights, the advisor named Laura closed the chat. I am closing my Just Eat account as this is the second time something like this has happened and they've refused to refund me. I even tried the restaurant but they said there is nothing they can do because it's on Just Eat to handle.
