I've cut my drinking in half I have not gone a day without alcohol in years. The thought of not having my nightly wine or going out to eat without a fancy cocktail leaves me feeling anxious and dreadful. The very first week I went 3 days without alcohol, one of those days I even went to a restaurant and ordered tea instead. I am a person who prides myself in discipline in all other areas of my life but I have convinced myself that I need alcohol to relax and to be social. Sunnyside has helped me create goals and keeps me motivated to achieve them.

Other better, free, options out there This is a good starting place for those who have never tracked drinks before, but there are other much better options out there, and they are FREE. I've used Moderation Management's Abstar online before, and then AlcoDroid app on my Android phone. MM's Abstar has a forum you can also join which is full of real time support, not bots. Both MM and Alcodroid count half drinks, and take into consideration 'one wine' is not a great tool of counting. A 14.5% cab at 6 oz is 1.5 standard drinks for example. Anyway, like I said, a good starting point, but no real 'coaching' and less detailed accoutability. I will not be going past the trial period. I see no benefits that would be worth paying for above the other methods I've already used.

I had an averafe experiance with… I had an averafe experiance with sunnyside.co. No exeptional service, no great products. It's ordenary. Everything was seemed to be okay. No complciations in payment methoods or in chekcouts. Nothing wort noting. It's as if it was just avarage and nothing else. No criticism, no praise. Just an honest review based on life experience, not on any individual encounter. Some mistakes in my order went unnoticed, but they were resolved quickly. The process was mediocore, but at least it got done.

I like that this company is like a personal cheerleader I like that this company isn't about stopping (unless you want to) but it's about cutting back. There is no harsh judgments. I like that there is accountability (daily check in and encouragement). I've yet to watch their videos and go through their site more but I'm sure it will make this experience that much better.

I started with Sunnyside almost a year… I started with Sunnyside almost a year ago. Having the app to remind me every day spanned from helpful to annoying BUT. I gave me the awareness I needed. I wound up with a couple of dry ish months and now I have completely re established my relationship with alcohol. Still drink, but it’s pretty rare, and I never ever feel out of control. Thank you !!!
