Great company Great, I have a used endless pool and wanted a new liner for it. Endless pools wants to rip u off with a change of ownership fee and has crappy liners. Pool Liner factory outlet helped me out with a much nicer liner for much less! They were very knowledgeable gave me lots of help with the measurements and install. 👍🏊‍♀️

Customer service was great! I had a what I thought was a unique size pool, however the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The liner arrived when they said it would and fits perfect!

This was the best pool liner buying… This was the best pool liner buying experience EVER! I live in MS and have an awkward pool shape, which pool companies run from. Well not Pool Liner Factory Outlet. I emailed the original measurements and received a response the very next day. I had questions and they answered them all. I paid for residential delivery but had to go to a local industrial park to pick up. I notified PLFO and they notified the trucking company. I recieved a refund for the difference between residential and commercial delivery. Plus the cost of the liner was cheaper than other companies. The sales rep and the engineer, I worked with, were so nice and helpful. I look forward to working with them in the near future on getting a safety cover.
