Will dispute with my credit card company. Don’t bother trying to do business with them

Warranty for a salt generator t15… Warranty for a salt generator t15 failed customer service gave me the 24hrs thing as in other posts. Called back 3 times same answer. Do I purchase from another company or wait. I'll have go local before pool turns green...I'm out of shock

Good luck ever getting your item.. Placed an order for a replacement salt cell a week ago. Verified both on the website and via customer service rep item was in stock. Order was placed, credit card charge was submitted and then the fun began. Never received a tracking number, contacted PSW to investigate.. item is out of stock. A few days later, I check again, item is in stock and being processed. Still no tracking number. The next day I check in, item has been fulfilled, but no tracking because shipper hasn't picked up yet. Next morning, still no tracking.. customer service says item is out of stock.

I needed a replacement Grid Assembly… I needed a replacement Grid Assembly for FNS Filter. I read some of the online reviews but still decided to give it a try. They were offering a 40% difference and free shipping. I contacted customer service a couple of times to check on the order. They were very responsive. I received the filter package exactly as stated by the company. Great experience.
