Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

False advertising False advertising. This is the details of what was to be included. This accessory package Includes GW9015 reducer cone, GW9012 swivel assembly, 41200-0213 vacuum regulator and cap, GW9019 unidapt handle Also includes GW9530 Vac port fitting, 41200-0212 flow gauge and 41200-0130 40-feet hose sectional kit with leader. I did not receive the GW9015 reducer cone nor did it include 412-0130 40-ft hose. Why would I pay so much for the little bit of stuff that was received? Requested refund on 6/7/2023.

Cluless Customer Service Ordered a part and was given a delivery date. Delivery date kept getting pushed out and customer service kept replying to emails with vague and canned responses. Finally called them and they said my order was messed up on their end. They cancelled the original order and wanted to create a new one at twice the original cost.
