Absolutely the worse Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

False advertising False advertising. This is the details of what was to be included. This accessory package Includes GW9015 reducer cone, GW9012 swivel assembly, 41200-0213 vacuum regulator and cap, GW9019 unidapt handle Also includes GW9530 Vac port fitting, 41200-0212 flow gauge and 41200-0130 40-feet hose sectional kit with leader. I did not receive the GW9015 reducer cone nor did it include 412-0130 40-ft hose. Why would I pay so much for the little bit of stuff that was received? Requested refund on 6/7/2023.

As of 5/27/2020 they have disconnected their customer service lines and will not take or return calls for those who have delivery issues or for those wishing to cancel orders etc. I ordered two sets of pool steps ($411 worth) on April 29, 2020. Today is May 27, 2020... no steps, no order updates, no refund and no calls returned. Stay away and buy elsewhere.

Platinum Customer Service!!! I have ordered from them several times and always received quickly and at a good price. This last time I ordered there was a little delay in receiving and we had to get locally at a much inflated price. Needless to say I needed to return my whole order. I contacted there customer service department and they went above and beyond to help me out. I am completely satisfied and will definitely shop with them again. My go to pool place! :)
