Bad customer service. Ordered a booster pump for older pool the next day I called to cancel order as we decided to replace complete pump package. They would not cancel pump arrived and I called to return unopened package was on hold for 1 hour finally talked to person she said she would forward request to return department I would hear within 48 hours and I could be charged restocking fee and shipping. I have not heard from them after 48 hours. I will not ever order anything from them again.

No way to contact or track orders Ordered a pool ladder may 24th unable to get any updates tracking information or anyone on the phone sitting here for a live chat over 70 minutes and I still have a 70 minute wait sent them an email no response. Paid with pay pal will have to file for my money back.went on again today no one available for live chat. Sent complain to pay pal to cancel my order. Calling credit card next then Better Business Bureau

Absolutely the worse Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY Will steal your money with online orders and will not ship products nor issue refunds when items are unavailable. As of 5/27/2020 they have disconnected their customer service lines and will not take or return calls for those who have delivery issues or for those wishing to cancel orders etc. I ordered two sets of pool steps ($411 worth) on April 29, 2020. Today is May 27, 2020... no steps, no order updates, no refund and no calls returned. Stay away and buy elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Lousy customer service, won't respond to messages, will not give me information about an order that has already been charged to my credit card! When I tried calling at three different times today, I was hung up on before reaching customer service! Their motto, "Pool Supplies Fast," is a joke.
