GBPoor products and poor customer service The order that I placed for a special occasion arrived spoiled and no refund was given. Poor customer service. Beware! While the navigation and site is well designed, products listed are attractive, don't fall for it. The real service/values of any company is determined when something goes wrong.

GBVery disappointed with the service Very disappointed with the service. Ordered champagne, cake and flowers to be delivered to my parents for their birthday in Delhi. Nothing was delivered, no email advising about anything, no one picks up the phone. They were left waiting for their cake al day and nothing. 2 days later they replied to me that champagne was not available and they can deliver wine instead. Really, 2 days after the birthday! I have asked for a refund. Let's see if I get one. Very bad service. Would never use them again.

INGifts reached on time and intact- Nice website I had placed an order for my mom's birthday and was in doubt about the website. Gifts reached the destination on time. INA well deserved appreciation It was my 8 year old niece birthday and i had completely missed it out untill i realised 1 day before the day. Thanks a ton to tajonline who delivered a cake within 14 hrs of placing my order. Post that i sent a nice gift to Hanu. Since then he has only asked for car toys. Thanks guys

INVery poor customer service and integrity Ordered a gift through them. They immediately debited the money from my debit card but due to some glitch in the system they showed order as incomplete. Frustrating but I can understand things can go wrong. This is where the real issue shows up - I tried to call customer support but no one picked the phone. I dropped them a support email and got a response after a day that they will look into it and refund the money back in couple of days (this was Sept, 04) and till today (Sept, 12th) they have not refunded the money (I checked with my bank) or communicated back to me.
