These gifts was for her Birthday, which was on 24th. Unfortunately one Gift was delivered on 23rd which was not her birth day and another gift was delivered on th. I am sorry to say but I was a returned customer and I was doing gifts transfer from 2009 and stopped in 2011 for similar issue. But even in 2015, I do not see change / improvement in process of this organization. There is major change required in Management and processes, because they never understood customer feelings. And they do not leave any chance to damage your own reputation. I am sorry but this was my last order and will make sure this words will get spread soon.
