My computer screen was completely black… My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates. I love having the ability to contact Geek Techs Pro for help. I believe I have worked with Kevin before and he did an excellent job, He is especially patient with me understanding what he was doing on my laptop. Several tech companies have attempted to scam me. What a relief !!! Well....... my computer was hacked. That was the start of the downhill slide. My life was in turmoil, as I started to turn it around, I needed to get my computer cleaned. I called SOS Geek Tech Pro. Ross Stevens, planned out an immediate course of action, along with Nickie Houston. They scanned, cleaned and got my computer back to good health, with no more bad stuff lurking. Ross then installed some Killer software to ensure it stays in good health. Using high quality software, knowledge and dedication to helping the underdogs, at a reasonable cost. My experience was way above expectations and will be my go to people, from now on!!!
