GBHorrible, scary, and very disappointing experience with LG repairs person. I bought an extended warranty and when the LG repair appliance person came, he was rude, kicked my laundry room door, AND did not repair anything. And on top of that, the technician was upset with me because I DID NOT ORDER THE MISSING PARTS, haww?!!! Isn't that his job? LG had me waiting 3 times on scheduled appointments. No one came, no one called, they wasted my time 4 hours each time, waiting for someone who never came. It took a couple of hours each time setting up the repair appointment. Finally, I had to pay for my own repair, and what I paid for the extended warranty was not refunded. !!!! I will never in my life buy an LG product.

GBStay away from LG Stay away from LG. I shifted to LG when Samsung started to go downhill . Samsung use to be one of the best. unfortunately I've had a couple repairs on an LG refrigerator cooling system for a fridge purchased in 2019 and then I found out today there's a major class action lawsuit in 2020 against LG and like 20 of the refrigerator models. What bothers me is retail stores continue to these models that are major recalls or problems I remember reading that JD power has good reviews on LG appliances but now I can't even trust JD power. I guess it's back to GE or Whirlpool for me. I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on the LG television (also known to have many problems). I bought a Sony instead and for 4 years it's been great. I'm staying away from anything made in China or Korea

GBI am giving this a 2 star review based… I am giving this a 2 star review based on my call center experience alone. I have yet to have a scheduled repair. I called the 800 number for 2 weeks before ever talking to a person was immediately hung up in , when finally reaching a person their english was so broken we struggled with communication. She took all my information and advised she would call me back in an hour ..the call felt abruptly ending. I waited 5 hours and returned the call while the new agent was a little more versed with the English language it was still. Broken and I had to repeatedly myself . She noted that my account was created but only with my phone number I had to provide all details over ! She noted that someone would reach me to schedule an appt. and hung up. Like I wasn't even sure if the call had ended. Not a thank you or do I have additional concerns , no bye have a nice day, nothing . Like wow $2200 on a refrigerator and you all cant even extend decent customer service. Not 1 but 2 agents in the same manner, someone needs to work on the SOPs of customer service. I now know after this experience I will not be purchasing any further LG appliance items , which is a shame considering I am remodeling my kitchen with new appliances.

GBWorst customer service I have… Worst customer service I have experienced, EVER! I have an 8 month old LG dryer that stopped working; it is still under warranty. I called the LG support number four times trying to get them to schedule a service appointment but each time they would say that they needed me to check something first. First it was to check the vent, when I told them it was clear they said I should probably have it professionally cleaned. Next they wanted me to have an electrician come out and check the voltage. This has gone on four days with them never scheduling a service appointment. It ended this afternoon with them promising to have someone call me back to schedule an appointment but, of course, that didn’t happen. I will never buy another LG product!

CAAbsolute garbage Absolute garbage. LG charged us 300 bucks to fix a dryer that they never ended up fixing (its still broken 3 months later) and refuse to compensate us in anyway for essentially stealing our money.
