10/10 customer service I reached out to customer service asking about a product they don't carry anymore. They were quick to reply, gave me a suggestion (which was perfect for me), and offered me a discount I wasn't even fishing for. I appreciated that interaction. I will always be loyal to this toy brand!

the WOW factor is over the charts fast shipping and kept me informed throughout the entire process....excellent quality products as always you get what you pay for the wife loves this toy lets just say it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase playing in puddles.. as an adult versus a child...this item isn't really a ring like all the others the hole for the man is big and doesn't feel like a bull that has been banded to make his nuts rot off its made so the woman can hold it up against her joy buzzer and the man just ebbs to and fro so if you want something to trap the blood up in your stick to help aid in keeping a stiffy this is not for you

Product Great/Service Not So Much... Product: Even better than I expected Shipping: claimed I would be notified when the item(s) shipped, but I wasn't. If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.

New design is a step backward In the previous design, it had a stand, and I don’t like the new charging option. It’s flimsy and unreliable. Also, the new design and power button seems unnecessary and counterintuitive. The motor feels different from the previous model which was preferred. I will not be using this new version in the future when I buy a replacement and overall unsatisfied with my purchase.

Form 2 Gripp Just received my Form 2 Gripp. I don't quite get the 'handle' (seems an unnecessary addition to me). I loved my old Form 2 (bought in 2011) and this Form 2 Gripp is also very good. As always, JimmyJane is great, both with products and fast shipping.
