GBThe Good, Bad, & Aggravating What made the experience great was your associate. What once again made it terrible was your checkout process. Several times I have gone to other sites where one doesn’t receive the aggravating “CIM Gateway unable to process” message. You folks really need to dump that system and stop relying on your associates to make things right with those who try very hard to be loyal customers.

AMM Depot always seems to be 'right there' with pricing. Ive have yet to have to move away from them for pricing. Such an easy process.

GBcustomer service I called off hours about an order and hung up without leaving a message when realizing that we're closed. Got a call next morning before calling back from Ammunition Depot and the issues was promptly solved. Make me feel very good to be a customer of this company because now days, talking to a real person is rare and this experience has been precious.
