bad quality i purchased an extension device from healthy&active which wasn't defective, but was designed very poorly. It would fall apart upon every attempt at use. I wrote to customer service requesting to return the item and get a refund, but they do not have a policy that allows that. I would avoid using this retailer at all costs.

Good Service, Great Products Very good experience. Online orders, (and I've done a few now) have been very easy and efficient. Good updates about delivery days and tracking. And the Healthy & Active products are very good quality, and are exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.

Not a trustworthy company Not a trustworthy company. They charge you for quicker shipping and then don't ship it quick. When you want a refund for the expensive shipping they tell you to read their FAQ's about shipping. No refund. I won't purchase again from a company I can't trust.
