Everything exactly as promised. The correct items arrived in the time frame specified on their website. One of the items was defective, so I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately, without making me return the defective one. I think Nordsrom's even makes you non-working items back. Awesome service, and the best pricing online.

My Favorite Site!! I placed an order for a last minute Valentine's day gift and didn't double check the address before submitting my order. I called first thing the next morning and spoke to Sophia. She was able to get the address fixed and my order arrived sooner than I expected!! Truly saved the day! Healthy and Active is now my go to and I'm a customer for life!

Accidentally completed an order without… Accidentally completed an order without enough $$ to get the free offer item. Immediately sent an email asking that the order be cancelled so I could correct my mistake. Was contacted the next day and my order was canceled and my credit card was reimbursed. I placed a new order a couple of days later because of this great customer service and the items were delivered without delay.

Watch out for the penis pumps!!… I called in Monday 2/5 before 1pm and auto system said you were closed. I followed prompts to go to online orders and was on hold for 40 minutes even though system kept saying there were zero callers ahead of me. Totally unacceptable system!! Today they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a penis pump which almost tore my penis off at the lowest setting and didn’t release right away. Per my insistence they finally waived the restocking fee and I thought they should have provided pre paid shipping but they wouldn’t I still like this company and most of their products and I will place another order once I get my store credit!!!
