Excellent customer service After placing an order last night I wanted to upgrade from 2 day shipping to 1 day shipping. Sent an email saying I would be calling in the morning to make the changes. Wyatt from customer service replied via email first thing in the morning. When I called customer service Wyatt answered! While on the phone I was able to order 4 additional items and upgrade to 1 day shipping. Can’t wait to play with my items over the weekend!!! My Favorite Site!! I placed an order for a last minute Valentine's day gift and didn't double check the address before submitting my order. I called first thing the next morning and spoke to Sophia.
