GBEverything exactly as promised. The correct items arrived in the time frame specified on their website. One of the items was defective, so I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately, without making me return the defective one. I think Nordsrom's even makes you non-working items back. Awesome service, and the best pricing online.

GBHNA for your KINKY needs!! I was introduced to this platform by a former kinky colleague of mine! I purchased some goodies however ended up victim to a faulty item! Healthy and Active’s customer service was EXCELLENT!! When I first contacted them about the item, they were so quick and sincere. I was sent a new item within 4 days without having to send back the faulty one. Overall they’re items are super!! I have not dealt with any other issues!

GBExcellent customer service After placing an order last night I wanted to upgrade from 2 day shipping to 1 day shipping. Sent an email saying I would be calling in the morning to make the changes. Wyatt from customer service replied via email first thing in the morning. When I called customer service Wyatt answered! While on the phone I was able to order 4 additional items and upgrade to 1 day shipping. Can’t wait to play with my items over the weekend!!!
