This website falsely advertises the… This website falsely advertises the items that they sell! I purchased two items, the bra set came in with was sewn lopsided, there were tears in the material, the underwear legs holes were two different sizes, and did not cover anything. The right bra cup hardly covered a nipple and the left one had so much material I could shove another boob in it. The lace was so unevenly cut. The second item I didn’t receive. I have been trying to get a refund for these products for over two weeks. Don’t waste your money.

Poor quality Shipping took forever which was not a huge deal. The lingerie set isn’t even close to the image and I’m not talking about the difference between the model’s body and mine. The bra too in the picture has curved cups; in real life it is a band of plan black elastic that goes straight across your underboob. The underwear in the pic has 4 straps on each hip; in real life there are 4 on one side and 3 on the other lol. The quality is laughable. Total waste of money.

SO DISAPPOINTED SO DISAPPOINTED. I dropped so much money on an order and followed the sizing recommendations on the website. 3 of the things I purchased wouldn’t even go up past my thighs. Another two items were such horrible quality. A third was a harness that wouldn’t fit, and I am an average sized female. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? I emailed customer service and am hoping to hear back. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this.

That is the kindest thing I can say… That is the kindest thing I can say about the company. I placed an order, several weeks ago and now two weeks into it, I have nothing. I have emails they send saying "it's on the way." Yet when I click through the tracking link, or go to track via USPS website, nothing. There is a label created, but no actual tracking. They of course sent the email of "it's on the way" 5 days prior to the actual label being created. I have tried contacting them, email, phone call, any form of contact, but the only response I get, "it's on the way, its international shipping, its always like this, sorry" with a link referring me back to their shipping policy that says it can take up to 21 business days. They don't share any of their shipping information policies, refund policies, or any other information with you prior to the sale, but they are sure good about sending out the same link to the same "shipping policies" without actually allowing you to contact. I've finally had to contact the credit card company to start a fraud process because there has been no response from the company.
