SO DISAPPOINTED SO DISAPPOINTED. I dropped so much money on an order and followed the sizing recommendations on the website. 3 of the things I purchased wouldn’t even go up past my thighs. Another two items were such horrible quality. A third was a harness that wouldn’t fit, and I am an average sized female. Turns out their website says you can’t return due to sizing errors? What kind of bull is that!? I emailed customer service and am hoping to hear back. What a waste of money. I would not recommend this.

I was a little skeptical about ordering… I was a little skeptical about ordering the harnesses as I have never worn anything like that before. But after seeing them on their instagram I was curious. I ordered the restrain harness and hand cuffs along with a few other items. The harness exceeded my expectations and fit me perfectly. Very happy with my confidence in placing an order for something so out of character for me. I will for sure be coming back for more!

SCAM / TERRIBLE QUALITY Do not purchase from Vavana. Absolute scam, took over 4 months for the product to arrive. It was actually from "Ali Express" so they obviously purchased it from there and sold as their own. Asked for a refund multiple times as item is very poor quality and paid over $80USD for the product. Customer service team never replies to emails. Policy on website says if item is not delivered within 35 business days you will get a full refund. 4 months gone and still waiting for my refund. DO NOT purchase from Vavana. Absolute waste of money.

Stop, no, and don't...I said biiiiii Screwed up and placed an order before thoroughly checking reviews. I ordered and within minutes went back to check and there's nothing to even review your order. I immediately called my credit card company and was told the company has 15 days to fulfill before they can refund so I emailed Vavana directly and got a "no we don't refund email" which just speaks to their lack of reliability. We shall see what happens but I'm not optimistic based on other reviews. Don't make my mistake. Ish looks hot but I'm fairly positive I'll be disappointed upon arrival...if that ever happens.

This website falsely advertises the… This website falsely advertises the items that they sell! I purchased two items, the bra set came in with was sewn lopsided, there were tears in the material, the underwear legs holes were two different sizes, and did not cover anything. The right bra cup hardly covered a nipple and the left one had so much material I could shove another boob in it. The lace was so unevenly cut. The second item I didn’t receive. I have been trying to get a refund for these products for over two weeks. Don’t waste your money.
