Top Quality and Highly Recommend We recently purchased the Round Top XL coop, which was our second coop from Roost and Root. Could not be more pleased with the quality and attention to detail given in preparing the coop for assembly. My wife and I had no issues with assembly and look forward to our flock enjoying their new space. (Actually I will also enjoy not having the bend over to clean !!!)

Great product & excellent service. I had an excellent experience with Roost & Root. They kept me informed prior to shipping my order, set expectations up front and delivered on time. Highly Recommend Neither my husband nor I have any building skills. I would give the directions on the Model 2 XL a 98 out of 100, and their customer service a 100. I would suggest including the part numbers with the descriptions. This was not the case in later steps. I would also ensure that pre-drilled holes were in all the places the directions indicated. A minor issue, but helpful. I did not expect a call back on a Saturday with my one question, but minutes after leaving a voice mail, Kevin called back and provided clarification. He was terrific! He also followed up with us a few days later to ensure we were able to complete the assembly. We are hoping this is the last coop we will have to purchase, as winters in New England can be harsh. First impressions on this company are quite impressive. I would buy again.

Excellent Company They are always there to help and I've never felt that any questions or issues were unimportant. Definitely a helpful and friendly staff with very good quality work. I love all their designs of coops and innovative products.
