I have ordered several personalized books. This company is the best!… I have ordered several personalized books over the years and Read My Story is my favorite. Vivid colors, clear photo copy and thick paper for the pages. I’ve always been delighted with my purchases from this company!

If the pictures you upload are not clear or have any issues, the owners contact you and work with you so you are happy with the end result. I would love to see more books to choose from coming out in the future! Wonderful keepsakes!

Poor customer communication Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.

More thought an exposure Could have used better examples for each letter then was used. Like A could be Apple or an easier item for a child to relate to. You used Astronaut, which is good, however a little one does not know what an astronaut is. My grandchild is one years old. Older kids could relate. Maybe do books for various age levels so they can understand what they are seeing. My grand babies picture was cute, but could have been exposed more throughout the book an clearer as well. Just the little face on just a few pages is minimal exposure. I did like the book that is why I gave 4 star rating.

Face of Joy Just to see my grandson little face light up when he saw his face on the book and on some of the pages made me very happy.
