Read Your Story not only gave solid communication, ensuring that a great and clear picture was used in the personalized book, but also showed they care. I sent multiple photos and they made sure one that would appear clearly when printed was used. They didn't have to do this (spending meaningful time on their side), but went out of their way to ensure the quality of the product would be high. Much appreciated.
