I have ordered several personalized books. This company is the best!… I have ordered several personalized books over the years and Read My Story is my favorite. Vivid colors, clear photo copy and thick paper for the pages. I’ve always been delighted with my purchases from this company!

Poor customer communication Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.

Good Communication, They Care about the Product. Read Your Story not only gave solid communication, ensuring that a great and clear picture was used in the personalized book, but also showed they care. I sent multiple photos and they made sure one that would appear clearly when printed was used. They didn't have to do this (spending meaningful time on their side), but went out of their way to ensure the quality of the product would be high. Much appreciated. The book is great The book is great! The grandson’s were excited and happy to see themselves in their own special book. Wasn’t sure about spending the money at first but now I’m glad I did as I see it will and has created a lasting memory for all!
