Poor customer communication Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.

Great gift for kids! Recommended by my Facebook friend. I was looking for a gift for my nephew for his 2-year-old birthday. That personalized book is just amazing!! Very well done details. And their customer service is good! It's my first time ordering a personalized gift. One tip for other customers, remember to pick pictures with high resolution. And the price is reasonable. More thought an exposure Could have used better examples for each letter then was used. Like A could be Apple or an easier item for a child to relate to. You used Astronaut, which is good, however a little one does not know what an astronaut is. My grandchild is one years old. Older kids could relate. Maybe do books for various age levels so they can understand what they are seeing. My grand babies picture was cute, but could have been exposed more throughout the book an clearer as well. Just the little face on just a few pages is minimal exposure. I did like the book that is why I gave 4 star rating.
