Face of Joy Just to see my grandson little face light up when he saw his face on the book and on some of the pages made me very happy.

The baking one is especially meaningful as she is 4th generation from a long line of great bakers and hostesses! The quality is better than even expected. Will co to ie to give these as gifts to create memorable books for generations to come! ❤️

Poor customer communication Poor customer communication. It took days to get a reply from anyone about my order on multiple occasions. I was told one of the pictures was blurry and needed to be changed BUT my order already shipped before they sent the email! I don't know what system they use to communicate with customers, but it has to change. The books came out cute but I'm extremely disappointed that one was blurry and I wasn't given the opportunity to fix it. I probably won't use this company again.

Great gift for kids! Recommended by my Facebook friend. I was looking for a gift for my nephew for his 2-year-old birthday. That personalized book is just amazing!! Very well done details. And their customer service is good! It's my first time ordering a personalized gift. One tip for other customers, remember to pick pictures with high resolution. And the price is reasonable.
