Customer service should not send a… Customer service should not send a Final review email before item is finished and shipped. Also, it took 2 phone messages and an email to get a reply from customer service. Craftmanship would have earned you a 5 but customer service needs work.

Absolutely love my son’s name train Absolutely love my son’s name train. The colors are just as pictured, the wood quality is great and I think it’s very reasonably priced! I might even splurge and get the whole alphabet if my son loves trains as he grows into a toddler. They are a fun toy and nice to look at so they don’t have that toy clutter feel that so many plastic toys have. Thanks for the great train!

Great product! I bought the red caboose and happy birthday engine to complete a name train set I already had for my granddaughter. I am very satisfied with the quality of my pieces and they are completely compatible with the other train set. I would highly recommend Alphabet Trains!
