All of them expect one either had the paint chipped, or one of them had green paint on the yellow car, the engine had a ding in the front of it where you could see the exposed wood, etc. Not at all the quality that I expected. The transference of paint wouldn't be caused by this, but the dings might-and that is they weren't rapped tightly or individually with bubble wrap. One piece of it was wrapped around all of them. In shipping it had dislodged and they just banged together. Needs a lot of work on at least the shipping and quality control as well. Shouldn't have green paint on a yellow car.

Duplicate color, duplicate letter not the same size The train is cute, but two of the six letters are the same color (I was hoping they would all be different). And the name has two “L”s in it which are side by side. One is larger than the other, noticeable to my eye. The order arrived quickly and I think it will be a nice addition to my grandson’s bedroom. After seeing my comments about the one letter being smaller, the company responded by replacing that letter. It looks great with the others. Thank you, Alphabet Trains.

The trains look great The trains look great! I ordered two. One for my son and one for daughter who will be born soon. I requested specific colors and they did it for me. They're slightly less expensive than other places I found selling these and still the same quality. It's nice they fit on standard train tracks too so you don't have to buy special ones. They showed up in ten days so not very long a wait either. Highly recommend.

Purchased this name train as a… Purchased this name train as a personalized gift for a new baby. Recipient always happy with this name train that the baby will never grow out of and gets displayed prominently in the baby room!!

All aboard this train! I was pleasantly surprised by how many options that I had to select from. While I haven't yet received the product, I am anticipating being more than satisfied with it. I purchased it as a gift for my Grandson, who will be starting school in September of 2018. He loves all things train related and I am sure that it will aid him in learning to spell his full name in a fun way.
