Luckily ababy.com was able to custom make a safe, properly sized mattress. I ordered over the phone and the customer service was on point!

GBWhat great response! What great response I got to an incorrectly made diaper pad for my vintage changing table. I notified by email the wrong measurements and they apologized and within days the new perfectly correct pad arrived. I am so glad my upcoming grandson will be able to use this fold open changing table.

GBThe canopy is absolutely perfect The canopy is absolutely perfect. The fit, color, and details are excellent and even better than described. I highly recommend your store and products. Thank you for offering this style of canopy. The variety of colors was awesome. Note: this style was popular in the early 90’s and non existent today. I really struggled to find a new canopy to drape over my old bed. Thanks so much! My grand babies will love it!

GBGood customizable options. Live customer service and online account service wasn't great. I liked that I was able to customize the size of the cradle mattress. However, access to my account was complicated--I had to actually put something in my cart and click through to pay and then log into my account. I am still not able to just log into my account. My account never showed that my items were shipped--always in process. When I called directly the person I spoke to had limited information. My order was placed on February 2. I called on February 13 for an update since nothing seemed accurate on my account page and was told I'd have my items around the end of the week--February 16. My items finally arrived February 24.

GBPoor customer service Ordered toddler stepstool early May, it is now mid-June and still have not received it. my granddaughter‘s birthday has come and gone. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service to no avail. I have received no response whatsoever to my requests for help and or information. Cannot speak to quality of product because I have not received it, but I do know that I will never order anything from this company again and do not recommend.
