Good customizable options. Live customer service and online account service wasn't great. I liked that I was able to customize the size of the cradle mattress. However, access to my account was complicated--I had to actually put something in my cart and click through to pay and then log into my account. I am still not able to just log into my account. My account never showed that my items were shipped--always in process. When I called directly the person I spoke to had limited information. My order was placed on February 2. I called on February 13 for an update since nothing seemed accurate on my account page and was told I'd have my items around the end of the week--February 16. My items finally arrived February 24.

I needed custom made bedding for a heirloom cradle I needed custom made bedding for a family heirloom and can honestly say I am extremely happy with my order. The mattress, waterproof pad, sheet & bumper all fit our 100+ yr old family cradle wonderfully. An to top it off everything came in half the expected time which was greatly appreciated.

This was my third baby Moses bed… This was my third baby Moses bed purchase. The first two were great. This one was not. There was a large amount of black thread inside the white eyelet material. The foam on one end was deformed and bulged outward. This was a gift and we could not wait any longer to order another as the original order took so long to arrive. We were very disappointed in the quality of this bed but had to give it to our co-worker as it was as we were out of time.

Can't Seem to Get It Right! For the second time, we ordered a custom oval mattress and sent a template to ensure the shape would be correct. For the second time, we received a mattress that was as much as 5 inches shorter than what we ordered. We even discussed it over the phone. Maddening!
