What happened when my cards didn't arrive. I ordered my cards and got free shipping due to a promotion. The cards were due to arrive on a tuesday and I even got the tracking saying they had been delivered. Except they hadn't. After three more days of waiting to see if maybe they would show up and having no luck, I reached out to altersleeves to ask what my options were. I was expecting to have to reorder my entire order but AlterSleeves was incredible and told me they would resend my order with no additional payment needed. I will 100% be coming back to AlterSleeves and ordering more great product from them again.
