Dylan answered my support request and explained the situation, to which I totally understood; case closed. Now here's where it gets good. A week later, Dylan emails me-they just packaged my order and shipped it. I was like, "Dang! I didn't ask for this..." But you know what? I super appreciated it. The gesture goes far beyond my expectations for customer service and is nothing short of exemplary. Dylan, I hope your manager reads this and gives props where they're due. Thank you for your help! Product is great with amazing designs. Product is great with amazing designs. The artists are really talented and some come with some pretty original designs. Love it! Be careful when ordering that the art on your cards are pretty well centered otherwise some designs won't be alligned. Shipping is pretty fast, even during this pandemic. Customer service is top notch. They reply pretty quickly and are really helpful and kind. Only 'negative' point for me is the website. I find it pretty clunky and not that user friendly. They already made some big improvements but it's nog there yet. Some may find the prices a bit high per sleeve but don't forget you support the original artist of the sleeve and if you go in to alters you pay a lot more! So the price is justified. Also they have great sales so if price is an issue, just wait for those sales. All in all great product which I order regularly on because it is a cheaper way to make your cards look amazing and unique!

What happened when my cards didn't arrive. I ordered my cards and got free shipping due to a promotion. The cards were due to arrive on a tuesday and I even got the tracking saying they had been delivered. Except they hadn't. After three more days of waiting to see if maybe they would show up and having no luck, I reached out to altersleeves to ask what my options were. I was expecting to have to reorder my entire order but AlterSleeves was incredible and told me they would resend my order with no additional payment needed. I will 100% be coming back to AlterSleeves and ordering more great product from them again.
