Amazing in everyday! I can't believe how amazing their customer service was. Extremely prompt (as in almost immediate to get back to us). They went above and beyond to resolve our net issue, honoring the lifetime warranty with no questions asked. They mailed it right away to us and also did a great job of communicating throughout the process. It is so rare to find such amazing customer service now days and Jumpflex hit it out of the park! The money we spent on this trampoline has been more than worth it and would definitely buy from them again.

Easy assembly but…. The trampoline was very easy to put together. The bolt free design is great. The one issue is getting the nets over the poles. They are just too tight to pull over the foam. However covering the foam in baby powder solves the problem and the nets glide on.

We contacted jumpflex and without any questions or pictures or anything, they sent a new safety net and received it in a timely manner! Super customer friendly and made our entire experience super awesome and stress free. A great quality Trampoline at an affordable price! Would encourage anyone who is looking for great product at a great price with a great customer service experience. Jumpflex is it!

Quality of the product is fantastic Quality of the product is fantastic. There are a couple parts of the instructions that could have been better though. Like telling you how to orient the pad graphics during the install step, instead of recommending the orientation with respect to the entrance on the next step after you’ve already installed the pad wrong. And boy the netting is hard to install without a team. Once it’s all done though - it’s really amazingly sturdy. So all’s well that ends well!

Amazing Quality My wife and I purchased the 15ft JumpFlex for our 2 kids and we have had a blast spending time jumping as a family. The trampoline quality is top tier and the customer service has been fantastic. (While taking my trampoline poles down for winter I had a few bolts get stuck which I had to cut to remove. JumpFlex customer service helped me out and shipped replacement bolts the same day I emailed!!!!). I highly recommend the product for both the quality and support!
