Our backyard instantly became the hangout for our kids and their friends because of this trampoline. Order was timely Order was timely, had an issue with 1 missing spring. Jumpflex sent replacement promptly even though it was several weeks later at install when missing item discovered. Long wait for slide but upon restock was promptly sent. Only thing that bugged me was I had to pay for shipping when I could have ordered thru amazon shipping free at same price. Opted to order direct from company to ensure I did not receive someone else's return with missing or defective parts since I had to pay for professional install.

Got it during the pandemic Got it during the pandemic! All tramps were selling out everywhere. Came fast, set up fast. Superb quality. Our 5 kids including all the neighbor kids have accessed it. Held up fantastic over the last several years. No sign of wear and tear, we live in harsh climates. Snow and extreme heat and hold up perfectly. Good investment.
