Great quality, super cute, and hilarious! I ordered two plush grumpy Octopies, a grumpy penguin, a grumpy sloth, and a stress Octopus and they all were great quality! The plush ones were larger than I expected, but they are so soft and cute. They come with their own little story tags which makes them even funnier. The business was great to deal with even when the sloth took a little longer to ship out. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly letting me know it would be just a little longer and then sent me a tracking number when it was shipped. I definitely recommend getting ANY of the grumpy family because they will definitely brighten your day any time you see them!

Grumpy gifts and wonderful support!!! Their products are so preciously grumpy and my fiancé loves them so much! I got him the plush and the keychain, and when I accidentally put in the wrong delivery details the support team was so friendly and helpful and got it updated without issue, in time for the original delivery estimate! They also checked in with me after the products were scheduled to arrive, to make sure that they were received!! This was a wonderful customer experience and purchase!!!

Great experience I am really excited. The product (grumpy octopus) is really great. Well made and it looks like the photos. Now to customer service: If I could, I would give it 10 stars. Unfortunately my first order was lost in the mail. I promptly received a reply to my email and a replacement was sent immediately. Even though I live in Germany, shipping was very fast. I will order here again and can fully recommend it.

Fantastic Honestly, great product and great service (love the grumpyness). The octopus is great quality and looks perfect! My package got lost during the delivery, i got in contact with them (and they replied the next day to help me). I will definitely buy more of this collection in the future.

What a wonderful squishy grumpy… What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue. Great product, great service. Couldn't ask for more
