What a wonderful squishy grumpy… What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue. Great product, great service. Couldn't ask for more

GREAT COMPANY and even CUTER PRODUCTS I foolishly typed in the wrong zip code for my first order and lost my grump in the mail!! They handled it so quickly and swiftly with absolutely no hassle to me and I am 100% planning to have a long standing relationship with this company. Fantastic Honestly, great product and great service (love the grumpyness). The octopus is great quality and looks perfect! My package got lost during the delivery, i got in contact with them (and they replied the next day to help me). I will definitely buy more of this collection in the future.
