Starry Night star I read all the reviews and I was surprised. My first experience with masterpieces was great I had bought the thousand piece Starry night and I love the feel of the linen type piece it was a hard puzzle but every piece was there and it looked great. The reason I got on this post is because I also have from Goodwill a 550 piece Grand Canyon from masterpieces and the puzzle pieces aren’t as nice they’re thin, shiny, odd large shapes and flimsy I don’t know if they’ve change the way they’re doing things since this is older than the previous one. I haven’t finished it so I don’t know if there any pieces missing but if they are I can’t blame the company since I got it from Goodwill.

Panoramic Frame Order Item arrived well packaged and undamaged. We ordered a panoramic frame for a puzzle we completed several years ago. Assembly was easy and the puzzle will be hanging on a wall in my husband’s office very soon.

I contacted the company the next day… I contacted the company the next day after placing my order to let them know I ordered 2 of the same puzzle and wanted to replace one before they shipped. I got no response and now have 2 of the same puzzle and they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Not a happy customer.
