I enjoy your Norman Rockwell puzzles… I enjoy your Norman Rockwell puzzles and have ordered several with Master Pieces. I did have one previous problem with a missing piece on one of your puzzles, but you sent a replacement. I kept the first puzzle with the missing piece intact after I received the second puzzle. After putting together the second puzzle there was one extra piece. Lo and behold it was the missing piece from the first puzzle.

I have several MasterPieces puzzles and… I have several MasterPieces puzzles and love every one of them. The size and vibrant colors are perfect for everyone wanting to get in on the action. 22 Missing Pieces - Puzzle #71936 Last Swim of Summer in… Puzzle #71936 Last Swim of Summer in the Hometown Gallery series had 22 missing pieces 4 were edge pieces and the rest were missing in various places throughout the puzzle. I have never had pieces missing from a brand new jigsaw puzzle and I have been doing jigsaw puzzles for 40+ years. This was extremely disappointing and annoying. I sent MasterPieces an email using the email provided on its website and the email bounced back as an invalid email address. The puzzle sells for $18.99 which is outrageous, especially for such a poor quality product. I will never buy another Master Pieces Inc. puzzle.
